<br />KNOW ALI, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust: dated July 6, 1984, and filed
<br />for record in the office of L-he Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 003660 on July 10, 1984, wherein
<br />John Blocker and Shirley J. Blocker, husband and wife, were
<br />identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the
<br />obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of
<br />Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and published as
<br />required by'Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76,
<br />Article 10 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated July 6, 1984, filed for record with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds as Document No. 84- 003660, herein called
<br />the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred
<br />Seventy -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars 0875,000.00) to be
<br />applied as a credit against indebtedness owing from Trustor to
<br />Beneficiary therein, received from Grantee, do hereby quitclaim,
<br />grant, bargain., sell, convey and confirm unto The Overland
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />following - described real estate i^ Halt County, Nebraska:

<br />Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Twelve (121 North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
<br />Hail County, Nebraska, Except that portion deeded to
<br />the State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed Recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall. County, Nebraska, in
<br />Book 76, Page 506; and
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW O of Section Twenty -Nine (29)
<br />and Lot Two (2) in Section Thirty (30), Both in Town-
<br />ship Twelve (12) North of Range Nine f91 West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE: ), The Northeast Quarter of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NE;NWO and the North Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (N�SVO of Section Fifteen (151,
<br />in Township Twelve (121 North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, Except a
