1 <br />in <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED •4;r 005385 <br />KNOW ALI, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the <br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust: dated July 6, 1984, and filed <br />for record in the office of L-he Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 003660 on July 10, 1984, wherein <br />John Blocker and Shirley J. Blocker, husband and wife, were <br />identified as Trustor; <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the <br />obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of <br />Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and published as <br />required by'Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, <br />Article 10 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter <br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place <br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at <br />such public auction. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I AREND R.
