SAWYER, his wife, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of TWENTY -ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($21,250.00) received from GRANTEES, LESTER D. HAKE AND <br />MARGARET M. HAKE, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
