Jackson and Tanya L. Jackson, being first duly sworn depose <br />and state: <br />That they are the Grantors who made, executed and delivered a Warranty <br />Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure to Everett C. Wiley, Sr., and Betty L. Wiley, <br />Husband and Wife, dated the Ila, day of , 1985, which <br />conveyed the following described property, to -wit: <br />All of Lot Six (6), Subdivision of Lot Four (4), County <br />Subdivision of part of the North One Half of Section <br />Five (5), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), <br />West of the 6th P.M., except the Westerly ten (10) feet <br />of said Lot Six (6), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That the aforesaid Deed was intended to be and was an absolute <br />conveyance of the title to said premises to the Grantees named therein and was <br />not and is not now intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any <br />kind; that it was the intention of said Grantors and said Deed and by said <br />Deed did convey to the Grantees therein, all of their right, title and <br />interest absolutely in and to said premises; that possession of said premises <br />has been surrendered to the Grantees. <br />That aforesaid Deed was not given as a preference against any other <br />creditors of the Grantors; that at the time it was given, there were no other <br />persons, firms or corporations other than the Grantees therein named, <br />interested either directly or indirectly in said premises; that Grantors are <br />101 J <br />J <br />C� <br />
