<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Universal
<br />Mortgage Corporation of Wisconsin, is Plaintiff, and William F.
<br />Loeffler and Emma M. Loeffler, Husband and Wife, are Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from
<br />the Defendants, William F. Loeffler and Emma M. Loeffler, Husband
<br />and Wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage
<br />executed by William F_ Loeffler and Emma M. Loeffler, Husband and
<br />Wife, to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln,
<br />dated November 3, 1982, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-
<br />004720, which was assigned to Universal Mortgage Corporation of
<br />Wisconsin, on November 8, 1982, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-
<br />004858 on November 15, 1982, . wherein William F. Loeffler and Emma
<br />M. Loeffler,' Husband and Wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the follow-
<br />ing described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Westerly One Hundred and Eighteen (118) Feet by One
<br />Hundred and Thirty Two (132) Feet of Lot Two (2) of the
<br />County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4 SW1 /4) of Section Sixteen
<br />(16), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., and all of Fractional. Lot Six (6)
<br />Westerly of the Easterly Fourteen (14) Feet of said Lot
<br />Six (6) in Block One Hundred Twenty (120) of Koenig and
<br />Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, the whole being a rectangular piece
<br />of ground having a frontage of One hundred and Eighteen
<br />(118) Feet nn First Street and a depth of One Hundred
<br />Thirty Two (132) Feet.
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mort -gage and to have the same
<br />declared a li.en on the interest of William F. Loeffler and Emma
<br />M. Loeffler, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to
<br />have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount
<br />so found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose
<br />the Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim,
<br />demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real
<br />(,state and appurtenance, thereto, tog(- -tiler with such other and
<br />further relief as the Court may decm just and equitable.
