STATE OF NEBRASKA ) AFFIDAVIT 85--- 005101 <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Affiants, Bruce Grone and Carene Grone, being first <br />duly sworn upon oath, state as follows: <br />1. On April 14, 1984, Affiants entered into an <br />agreement for sale and purchase of real estate with Harry <br />Hoch, Jr. and Jane C. Hoch, covering the following described <br />property: <br />Lot Two (2) in Heritage Acres Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That on April 17 , 1984, Affiants caused to <br />be filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />a notice of agreement for sale of real estate which appears <br />in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 84- 002000 <br />3. On April 15, 1985, Affiants defaulted in the <br />payment of the balance due under the original agreement. <br />4. Affiants have relinquished possession of the <br />premises described above to Harry Hoch, Jr. and Jane C. Hoch <br />and acknowledge that they make no further claims to the <br />premises or against Harry Hoch, Jr. and Jane C. Hoch <br />concerning rights arising out of the agreement of April 14, <br />1984. <br />Further Affiants sayeth not. <br />Bruce Grone �— <br />Carene Grone -- - <br />a <br />
