85, 005075 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS ARISING FROM <br />CONTRACT' FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />For value received, we, Marvin M. Henrichs and Janice E. Henrichs, <br />as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, hereby assign <br />to the Five Points Bank all rights, title, and interest arising <br />from a contract for the sale of real estate dated the 1st day <br />of September, 1978, whereby G. L. Evans and Mildred L. Evans <br />agree to sell and we agree to buy the hereinafter described <br />real estate: <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Three (3), Powells <br />Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This assignment and transfer is, however, subject to the condi- <br />tion that if certian promissory note dated October 10, 1985 <br />in the amount of $4,821.07, said note maturing October 10, 1988, <br />given by me to Five Points Bank is paid in full, the assignment <br />is null and void. <br />Marvin M.
