Schaaf, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />in Hall C6unty, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4); thence southerly along the East line <br />of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of four <br />hundred sixty -six and one -tenth (466.1) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 91 degrees 09' and running westerly a <br />distance'of forty and one - hundredths (40.01) feet to a <br />point on the westerly right -of -way line of Gunbarrel <br />Road, this being the ACTUAL place of beginning; thence <br />westerly along the last described course a distance of <br />one hundred ninety -one (191.0) feet; thence southerly <br />parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE <br />1/4) a distance of five hundred forty -five (545.0) feet <br />to the northwesterly right -of -way line of Seedling Mile. <br />Road; thence northeasterly along said right -of -way line <br />a distance of two hundred twenty -one and seventy -seven <br />hundredths (221.77) feet to the westerly right -of -way <br />line of said Gunbarrel Road; thence northerly along <br />said right -of -way line a 'istance of four hundred <br />twenty -eight and sixty -seven hundredths (428.67) feet- <br />to the ACTUAL place of beginning, and containing 2.135 <br />acres, more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located outside the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />herebv submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as <br />provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, to be known as SCHAAF'S SECOND SUBDIVISION, <br />designating explicitly t_hc land t.o be laid out and particularly <br />w <br />
