Panowicz and Patricia M. Panowicz, husband <br />and wife, being first duly sworn, depose and say as follows: <br />1. That they are the identical parties who entered <br />into a contract for the sale of real estate between <br />themselves and Henry Stelk and Robert Stelk on the 23rd day <br />of June, 1981, conveying the following described property: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Four <br />(4), Township Twelve (12), Range Eleven (11) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to existing restrictions of record, <br />easements for public utilities, together with <br />all improvements and appurtenances and <br />including all fixtures and equipment perman- <br />ently attached to said premises but no personal <br />property being included except one windmill <br />and two water tanks. <br />2. That Affiants now are and at all times herein <br />mentioned have been husband and wife. <br />s.. <br />3. That in the execution of the contract of sale and <br />documents required thereunder, Affiants were not acting <br />under any misapprehension as to the effect thereof and acted <br />-' <br />freely and voluntarily and were not acting under coercion or <br />duress. <br />4. That consideration of the contract and receiving <br />the Deed thereunder was the payment of the purchase price of <br />One Hundred Four Thousand Dollars ($104,000.00).
