85- 004949 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this 3rd day of October , 19 85 <br />between Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, Trustee; Norwest <br />Bank Grand Island, National Association, Beneficiary; and <br />Varga- Coffey Enterprises Trustors, <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure <br />to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust <br />Deed, which was filed on September 5, 1985 , recorded in the <br />office of the Clerk of the County of Hall , and identified as document <br />number 85004314 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Nine (9), and Ten (10), In Block Eleven (11), H. G.
