DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF <br />MARTIN JOSEPH PARTRIDGE, MARRIAGE <br />Respondent. <br />On this 29th day of August, 1985, this matter came on <br />for trial upon the merits. Petitioner, Lori Jo Partridge, <br />was personally present throughout the proceedings and <br />was represented by Lawyer Sam Grimminger of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. Respondent, Martin Joseph Partridge, was <br />personally present throughout the proceedings and was not <br />represented by legal counsel. The matter was tried before <br />the Honorable William H. Riley, District Judge in and <br />for the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska. <br />The Court initially inquired of the parties as to <br />whether they were ready to proceed and as to whether or <br />not Respondent was prepared to proceed without legal counsel <br />and Petitioner and Respondent replied in the affirmative, <br />whereupon the matter proceeded to trial. Petitioner was <br />called as a witness on behalf of herself and her testimony <br />was duly taken and entered. Exhibits were offered and <br />received into evidence by th. Court and Petitioner rested. <br />Respondent elected to and did take the stand and testified <br />on his own behalf, which testimony was duly taken and <br />entered. Petitioner offered additional exhibit in evidence <br />and the same was received by the Court. Respondent rested, <br />and the matter was submitted to the Court for decision. <br />After due and proper consideration and the file, the <br />testimony of the parties, and exhibits the Court does hereby <br />find and order as follows: That this Court has jurisdiction <br />of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that <br />the allegations in the Petitioner's petition are substantially <br />true and correct; that the marriage between the parties <br />is irretrievably broken, the same should be and is hereby <br />dissolved; that the items of personal property described <br />t1 <br />J <br />
