<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, Donald J. Leifeld, A Single Person
<br />, hereby covenant and agree to pay to NORWEST BANK
<br />tRAND ISLAND, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, or or'der,the principal sum of Twenty One Thousand
<br />Three Hundr d ighty-Eight and 33/100 --------- ($ 21,388_33 ), together with
<br />interest thereon at 12,75 percent per annum from the date
<br />hereof, such sum
<br />to be payable on October 1. 1986. Pavltent schedule will be 11 payments of $237.35 due
<br />monthly beginning November 1, 1985 and 1 final payment of $21,497.15 due and payable on
<br />October 1, 1986. Final payment is a balloon anr+ lender will consider refinance.
<br />The original principal note in the amount of Twenty -One Thousand Five Hundred and 00 /100 - --
<br />- -($ .Z1, 500.00 _ was executed and delivered
<br />by the undersigned under the date of Auoust 15, 1984 to NORWEST BANK
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and was ue and payable on the _j� __day of

<br />annum an secured by a Rea Estate Mortgage to NORWEST ffANK _ CRAW IS__LAND, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, recorded as Document #84- 004265 in the Mortgage Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Twenty-One Thousand
<br />Three Hundred Eighty -Eight and 33/ 100 ---------------- ($_21,388.33 -Y
<br />together with interest thereon at 1Z.1b percent per annum, such principal and
<br />interest to be payable in lawful money of the United States of America at
<br />NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.
<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment
<br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage recorded as Document =84- 004265
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />raska as the first mortgage fen upon the rea property
<br />ed scribed therein, and the whole of the title thereto as now owned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
<br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge any and
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the paymenL of which is
<br />herein extended.
