85-- 004761 <br />and upon the edge of TRACT 1 and the owner of TRACT 1 is willing <br />to permit such sanitary sewer to be placed in such area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN THAT E. Dean Wolfe and Judy A. <br />Wolfe, his wife, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />hereby grant and convey unto GIVH, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, <br />herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement to <br />construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove <br />a sanitary sewer line upon, underneath and through a tract of <br />land located in TRACT 1, more particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of land two feet wide extending from the westerly <br />right -of -way line of Webb Road adjacent to the southerly <br />boundary line of TRACT 1 in a westerly direction a distance <br />of 400 Feet, <br />together with all rights of ingress and egress, for installation <br />and maintenance of such sanitary sewer line to serve the needs of <br />f the owner of TRACTJf2, with the understanding that there be no <br />surface manholes in such easement area. <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights <br />necessary for the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment <br />of the easement herein granted; including the right to excavate <br />and refill the ditch and trench. <br />This easement shall run with the title to such TRACT 1 and <br />be binding upon the Grantor and all heirs, devisees, executors, <br />administrators, grantees, successors and assigns. <br />Dated: 6 /`V`P'� <br />Zf►es�l►�t�t <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />E.
