Peterson, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the West <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 W 112 SE 1/4) of Section <br />Thirty -four (34), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said West Half of <br />the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W 1/2 W 1/2 SE <br />1/4); thence northerly parallel to the West line of <br />said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of three <br />hundred thirty (330.0) feet; thence westerly parallel <br />to the South line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a <br />distance of one hundred thirty -two (132.0) feet; thence <br />southerly parallel to the West line of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of three hundred thirty <br />(330.0) feet to the South line of said Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4); thence easterly along the South line <br />of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of one <br />hundred thirty -two (132.0) feet to the place of begin- <br />ning, and containing 1.000 acre, more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivi.sion the above- described <br />tract of land which is located outside the corporate limits but <br />within two miles of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as <br />provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, to be known as PETERSON SUBDIVISION, designating <br />explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots, casem(..,nts, and street belonging to such subdivision, <br />with lots designated `. -)y numbers, easements by dimensions, and <br />
