<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 83, Page 240 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and except a strip of land conveyed to the State of
<br />Nebraska by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 82, Pare 503 of the Deed
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
