85-= 004717 <br />of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company recorded June 16, <br />1981, as Document No. 81- 003125, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and Grantor, its successors <br />and assigns, shall take no action at any time which may restrict, <br />jeopardize or impair the value of the easement rights granted <br />herein. <br />L_ In the event there should arise a dispute between the <br />parties as to any discretionary provision in this lease, the <br />parties agree that such dispute may be submitted to a three -man <br />Board of Arbitration, with one arbitrator to be selected by <br />Grantor, one selected by Grantee, and the third arbitrator <br />selected by the two arbitrators chosen by the parties. The <br />selection of arbitrators shall be completed within. twenty <br />(20) days after receipt by Grantee of Grantor's written no- <br />tice of request for arbitration, and a decision by said arbi- <br />trators shall, be obtained by the parties within tu,,2nty ;20) <br />days after their selection. The decision on such ciscretion- <br />ary matters shall. be cicterntined by a malority vote of the <br />three arbitrators, although such decision shall not prevent <br />either party from seeking relief in :any court of competent <br />jurisdiction. <br />a <br />
