85- 004717 <br />D. There shall be no hunting of other migratory waterfowl <br />except by S. N. Wolbach, his son, William Von Wolbach, and his <br />daughter, Elizabeth Bahr, and their spouses and their issue and <br />spouses of said issue, and guests or invitees of the same, not <br />to exceed nine persons, includi:q family members, spouses and <br />guests or invitees, on the entire property at any one time. <br />?after the year 2020, any guest or invitee on the property must <br />be accompanied at all times by a Wolbach family member or spouse <br />as above described. There shall be no commercial waterfowl <br />hunting on said property at any time. <br />E. Notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraph D above, <br />there shall be no hunting or trapping of any kind on said des- <br />cribed property, if at any time, or from time to time, the <br />Grantee reasonably determines, during any one season, that such <br />hunting or trapping shall be detrimental to the value or utility <br />of the premises as a habitat for migratinq IVhooping Cranes or <br />Sandhill Cranes, and is such determination is ,made by the <br />Grantee, it shall so notify the Grantor in writing of such <br />determination, and all huntinq and trapping shall cease imme- <br />diately and remain terminated until seasonal migration is com- <br />pleted in the reasonable discretion of the Grantee. If- the <br />Grantor disagrees with said determination made by the Grantee <br />as above set forth, it may request arbitration of Grantee's <br />determination by a Board of Arbitrators as more particularly <br />set forth in subparagraph L hereafter, by giving the Grantee <br />written notice of request for arbitration within thirty (30) <br />days after Grantor's receipt of the above described notice of <br />IN <br />
