85-004672 PELEASE OF REVERTER RE: Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11), Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated September 10, 1981, and recorded as document no. 81- 005145 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions contained therein, and WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the (construction) (rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community Development Agency will furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the (construction) !rehabilitation) of the improvements called for in said deed, and, WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller, WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 1983, the Community Development Agency of the city of Grand Island provided to the purchaser a Certificate of Completion, NOW THEREFORE, the city of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, herebv releases unto the grantee any possibility of reverter reserved in the Deed dated September 10, 1981.
