Dolan, Trustee of the above estate, proposes <br />to and will sell the property described on Exhibit "A" hereto on August 31, <br />1985 at 9:00 a.4. <br />The property shall be sold at private sale, subject to the following <br />terms and conditions: the sale will be made to Wendell Wood, for the sus of <br />$23,750.00, and subject to the terms of the Uniform Purchase Agreement dated <br />July 19, 1985. <br />The date and place of this sale are: Saturday, August 31, 1985 at <br />the offices of the Grand Island Trust Co., Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />If no objection to such sale is filed with the Court and served upon <br />the Trustee on or before five days before the date set for the proposed sale, <br />no bearing will be held and the above- described real property will be sold <br />by the Trustee.
