85-,. 004590 <br />one (1) year from the date of this deed unless completion time is <br />waived by the Director of the Community Development Agency as a <br />result of acts or conditions beyond the control of the Grantees. <br />The single family dwelling project shall be deemed completed as <br />of the date that the Director. of Community Development Agency <br />finally examines the Premises and finds it to meet the <br />requirements of the plans and specifications proposed, submitted, <br />and approved for the residential development pursuant to the <br />Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Development Plan for the <br />single family dwelling residential project. <br />3. Grantees shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, <br />color, religion, sex, or national origin in the construction, <br />sale, lease, rental, use or occupancy of the single family <br />dwelling unit in the project. <br />4. All advertising, including signs on the Premises <br />advertising the sale or rental of the Premises shall include the <br />legend, "An Open Occupancy Building" in type or lettering of <br />easily legible size and design. <br />5. Grantees shall not, prior to the completion of the <br />improvements on the premises, as certified by the Director of the <br />Community Development Agency, sell, assign, contract to sell, or <br />in any manner convey the premises or any interest therein without <br />the prior written approval of the Director of the Community <br />Development Agency. Any successor in interest of Grantees shall <br />be bound by the provisions of this deed. <br />6.
