004577 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />: as. AFFIDAVIT <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />COMES NOW, Dorothea A. Stoll, being first duly sworn on her <br />oath, deposes and says as follows: <br />1. That she resides at 1118 North Pine Street, Grand Is- <br />land, Nebraska. <br />2. That she is the widow of Clifford L. Stoll who died <br />on the 19th day of February, 1984. The Decedent was a resident <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraksa, at the time of his <br />death. <br />3. No proceedings for probate of the Will of the Decedent <br />has been commenced, and none is contemplated. <br />4. The only property in which the Decedent had an inter- <br />est at the time of his death was property owned in joint tenancy <br />by him with this Affiant and including the following- described <br />real estate: <br />The Southerly Forty -Nine and Eight Tenths <br />(49.8) Feet of Lot One (1) in Block Forty - <br />One (41) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall Cou,.:y, <br />Nebraska. <br />5. By reason of such joint ownership with this Affiant, <br />the surviving spouse of the Decedent, there is no Nebraska Inher- <br />itance Tax nor Nebraska Estate Tax due or owing herein; and the <br />total value of the Decedent's assets do not approach $325,000, <br />and no Federal Estate Tax Return is required and there is no <br />such tax owing herein. <br />DATED this 18th day of September, 1985. <br />DUKUIHLA STOLL <br />SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me this 18th day of <br />September, 1985.
