HOUDEK, and MICHAEL E. <br />TOURNER, wife and husband, herein called the Grantors, in con- <br />sideration of ONE AND N01100 DOLLARS ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto JANET K. TOURNER and MICHAEL E.
