Heider, <br />GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Section 76 -201, R.R.S. 1943), situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising the south One Hundred Eighty <br />Nine and Seven Hundredths (189.07) feet of the North Five <br />Hundred Sixty Seven and Eighteen Hundredths (567.18) feet of <br />North One Half of the Southwest Quarter (N�SWh) of Section <br />Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and containing <br />11.496 acres more or less, <br />subject to easements, conditions, restrictions, covenants and <br />reservations of record. <br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally) with GRANTEES as <br />follows: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the above described real <br />estate and the real estate is free from encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEE; and <br />3.
