Wlaschin, Deceased, as <br />Seller, and Vernon B. Johnson and Erma I. Johnson, as Co- Trustees <br />of the Vernon B. Johnson Living Revocable Trust and the Erma I. <br />Johnson Living Revocable Trust as Buyers, that the following <br />described real property has been solA under a written installment <br />sale contract dated the (,Z day of Aus <br />sold under said Contract is described as follows, to -wit: <br />The West Half (W1 /2) of Lot Three (3), Block Twenty One <br />(21), Palmer Subdivision to Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, also known as 1417 West First Street in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />and all other personal property located on the real estate. <br />The Seller has executed, acknowledged, and delivered a <br />Personal Representative's Deed conveying the real estate herein, <br />which Deed is held in escrow by the escrow agent, Lauritsen, <br />Baker & Brownell, Attorneys, pursuant to the sale contract, which <br />provides that the Seller retains a first lien on the real prop- <br />erty to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the Buyers. <br />The Buyers are entitled to possession of the real estate from and <br />after the 16 day of September 1985.
