<br />THIS TRUST DEED, made this 11 th day of September '19 85 by and between
<br />Arthur A. McDowell and Arliss J. McDowell, husband and wife,
<br />whether one or more, hereinafter called " Trustoe, whose mailing address is
<br />Rt. 1, Box 24
<br />Trumbull Nebraska and
<br />The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, as "Trustee" and "Beneficiary," whose mailing address is 206 South
<br />19th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 66102.
<br />WITNESSETH: That Trustor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants, conveys, sells and warrants to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following - described property, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />This Trust Deed is filed to supplement the mortgage recorded as Identification
<br />No. 84- 001418 and 850910. This Trust Deed is given as additional security and
<br />in consideration of the original loan, Loan No. 309 -1 9235240, and in further
<br />consideration of Differential /Variable Interest Rate granted under the note
<br />secured by the mortgage. In the event of default under the terms and conditions
<br />of the mortgage recorded at Identification No. 84- 001418 and 850910 in connection
<br />with said original loan, or default under the terms of this Trust Deed, the
<br />mortgage may be foreclosed and Beneficiary herein may exercise its remedies as
<br />provided in paragraph 15.
<br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all the rights of
<br />homestead and dower, together with all the improvements, now or hereafter erected on the property,
<br />and all sat;tements, rights, appurtenances, rents, issues, profits, crops, royalties, mineral, oil and gas
<br />rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All
<br />nplapmants and additions shall also be covered by this Trust Deed. All of the foregoing is referred to
<br />in this Trust Data as the "Property..,
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING performance of each agreement and covenant of Trustor
<br />contsined and the payment of the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -SEVEN

<br />as evidenced by a promissory note baring even date at the rates of interest thereon which may
<br />hereafter be paid or advanced under the terns of this Trust Deed; both principal sum and interest
<br />thereon being payable according to the terms set forth in said promissory note, reference to which is
<br />hereby made, at the office of the Beneficiary in Omaha, Nebraska, or at such other place as the holder
<br />may deeignate in writing, the final payment of principal and interest, if not sooner paid, shall be due
