<br />DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE
<br />PAUL N. BECK and JEAN K. BECK (also known as Jean Ann Beck), .
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and
<br />not as tenants in common, by and through their attorney in fact,
<br />JOHN R. BROWNELL, herein called the Grantors, for and in consid-
<br />eration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from Grantors
<br />to Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein
<br />called the Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Capital Heights Sixth Subdivision,
<br />being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SWlj4) of
<br />Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors
<br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except easements, restrictions and covenants of
<br />record, real estate taxes and special assessments, which are
<br />assumed by Grantee. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all
<br />right, title, claim, and interest in and to the above- described
<br />premises.
<br />This Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantors
<br />having conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate
<br />consideration, such consideration being full and complete
<br />satisfaction of obligations secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Grantors to Grantee as Trustor recorded as Document No. 84-000811
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, or other
<br />than this Deed, between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said
<br />land.

<br />thereof to be his voluntary act and deed.
