<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Western
<br />Securities Company, is Plaintiff, and Dale R. Sallans and Nancy
<br />A. Sallans, Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defend-
<br />ants, Dale R. Sallans and Nancy A. Sallans, Husband and Wife, of
<br />the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by
<br />Dale R. Sallans and Nancy A. Sallans, Husband and Wife, to
<br />BI Mortgage Company, Inc., dated July 31, 1980, and recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 80- 003933, which was assigned to Westecn Securities
<br />Company on May 19, 1982, and recorded in the Cifice of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-
<br />002480,on June 21, 1982, wherein Dale R. Sallans and Nancy A.
<br />Sallans, Husband and Wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Block Eight (8), in Scarff's Addition
<br />to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Dale R. Sallans and Nancy A.
<br />Sallans, and the real. estate and appurtenances thereto, to have
<br />the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so
<br />found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand,
<br />and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
