If the Buyer fails to pay any amount due under the terms of this <br />contract whoa due, or if Buyer fails to performany of the other terms, <br />covenants, or conditions of this contract, or if Buyer shall abandon the <br />real estate, the whole of the indebtedness due under this contract shall, <br />I <br />gather with any advance made by Seller, as herein provided, and accrued <br />interest, become due and be immediately due and payable at the option of <br />the Seller, without notice or Demand, the some being expressly waived. <br />Senor shall have the right, at its option, to proceed to foreclose this <br />contract in the manner provided by lax. Failure of Seller to exercise any <br />optional remedy herein specified at the time of any default shall not <br />operate as a waiver of the rights of Seller to exercise suchoptional <br />remedy for any subsequent default at any time thereafter. <br />7. It is agreed and understood by and between the parties that Buyer <br />is currently in possession of Us real estate, and that Buyer shall have <br />the right to continue possession thereof. <br />8.A11 payments as stated in No. 1 to be made by the Buyer, shall be <br />paid directly to the Sellers at their home address or temporary address. <br />9.
