85-- 004326 <br />AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT <br />This Amendment of contract is made and entered into this !9 a <br />day of July 1985, by and between Twila J. Spiehs, an unremarried <br />widow, and Joe A. Ramirez and Katherine A. Ramirez, husband and <br />wife. <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto previously entered into a <br />Contract for Conditional Sale of Real Estate dated August 19, <br />1983; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description on said contract is <br />incorrect; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto wish to amend said contract and <br />insert therein the correct legal description to the property <br />being sold. <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by the parties hereto as <br />follows: <br />1. The contract dated August 19, 1983, shall be amended to show <br />the correct legal description of the real estate being sold there <br />under, and said corrected real estate description is as follows: <br />Lot Two (2). Block Sixty -Four (64), Wheeler <br />and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. The parties acknowledge that the contract Seller, Dale R. <br />Spiehs, is now deceased and all contract payment due pursuant to <br />said contract should be paid to Twila J. : Spiehs. <br />J.
