Ramirez, Trustors, did on or about the 9 day of May 1984, <br />make, execute, and deliver unto Lawyers Title Insurance Corpora- <br />tion, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the <br />following described real property: <br />Fractional Lot Six <br />in Ashton Place, <br />Island, Hall Count <br />(2), in Fractional <br />sion, an Addition <br />County, Nebraska. <br />(6) in Fractional Block Eight (8), <br />an Addition to the City of Grand <br />y, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Two <br />Block One (1), in Parkhill Subdivi- <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained <br />from Superior Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, <br />which Trust Deed was recorded on the 9 day of May 1984, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 84- 002492. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to <br />Federal National Mortgage Association, on the 9 day of May 1984, <br />and said Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25 day <br />of May 1984, as Document No. 84- 002808. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation of the Trustors for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit: That the Trustors have failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on <br />April 1 1985, through this date, together with interest <br />accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with <br />interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell <br />or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust <br />Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this 4i day of September 1985. <br />6 Jo n R. rownell , Trustee <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) v <br />The foregoing Notice of Default was acknowledged before me <br />on the q day of September 1.985, by John R.
