MONSON, being first duly sworn, deposes and states <br />those facts of which he has personal knowledge as set forth <br />hereinbelow: <br />1. On August 3, 1985, Glenna I. Monson died a resident of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. As of the date of the death of said Glenna I. Monson, <br />Affiant was legally married to Glenna I. Monson and was a resident <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant is the surviving joint tenant in a certain Deed <br />dated June 18, 1971, and recorded on July 23, 1971, in Deed Book <br />164, at Page 699, of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />pertaining to the following- described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Five (5), Bel -Air <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />4. Affiant is the surviving spouse of Glenna I. Monson and <br />all property owned by Glenna I. Monson was held in joint tenancy <br />with the Affiant. <br />5. The deceased, Glenna I. Monson, did not during her <br />lifetime convey any property in trust or otherwise in contempla- <br />tion of death or intended to take effect in possession or <br />enjoyment after death, and neither Affiant nor any other person <br />became entitled to any property by reason of the death of <br />Glenna I.
