In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, Borrower and Lender <br />further covenant and agree as follows: <br />A. INTEREST RATE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT CHANCES <br />The Note provides for an initial interest rate of 9 , S %.
