85-- 004227 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty -Four Dollars ($20,784.00) paid by Five Points Bank to Milan D. Bish, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by said Milan D. Bish, and for the further assumption of mortgage by Five Points Bank to said Omaha National Bank, Grand Island, as recited below, be it agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1. Five Points Bank hereby releases Milan D. Bish from the lease of premises referred to above, a short -form lease of which is recorded at Book 22, Page 224, of Miscellaneous Records on file in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska. 2. Milan D. Bish hereby releases Five Points Bank from its lease of premises, a short -fora lease of which is recorded at Book 22, Page 225, of Miscellaneous Records on file at the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. 3. Five Points Bank hereby assumes and agrees to pay the balance due to Omaha National Bank, Grand Island, (successor in interest to Commercial National Bank & Trust Co. of Grand Island) by virtue of a mortgage of leasehold estate which is recorded at Book 155, Page 500, of Mortgage Records at the office of the Register of Deeds, Ball County, Nebraska.
