TILLEY, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN <br />AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($10.10) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDEL;,TION <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto LORAN W. TILLEY, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All our interest in and to Lot One (1), Block <br />Two (2), Westerhoff's Second Subdivision, <br />being a resubdivision of the South Half (S'k) <br />of Blocks Three (3) and Four (4) and the <br />North Half (N�) of Blocks Five (5) and Six <br />(6) in Westerhoff's First Subdivision in the <br />City-of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever.
