TILLEY and DORA KAY TILLEY, husband and wife, each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN <br />AND N01100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSILnRATION <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto DONALD R. TILLEY, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All our interest in and to Lot Nine (9) , <br />Block Five (5), H. G. Clark's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above- described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, uhto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever.
