Stat. <br />76 -201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Decedent's undivided one -half (1/2) interest in a <br />tract of land described as the East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (EhNEh) of Section Thirty -Two <br />(32), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of•the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except a tract described as beginning at <br />a point on the North line of said quarter section <br />Forty (40.0) feet West of the Northeast corner of <br />said quarter section, running thence South Two <br />Hundred Thirty (230.0) feet, running thence West <br />Seventy and Three Tenths (70.3) feet, running <br />thence North Forty (40.0) feet, running thence <br />West One Hundred Sixty (160.0) feet, running <br />thence North One Hundred Ninety (190.0) feet, to <br />the North line of said quarter section, running <br />thence East along the North line of said quarter <br />section Two Hundred Thirty (230.0) feet to the <br />point of beginning and containing 1.07 acres; and <br />excepting a strip of ground occupied by Federal <br />State Highway No. 281, and more fully described in <br />an easement from Hall County to the State of <br />Nebraska, and recorded in Book 76, Page 549, of <br />the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record. <br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is the <br />person entitled to distribution of the real estate from <br />said estate.
