<br />You are hereby notified that on August 26 , 1985, Intrawest Mortgage
<br />Company, Plaintiff, filed its Petition and action in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against Kim. K. Vanderloo, Pamela D. Vanderloo, Troy L. Lyon,
<br />Marylou Lyon, John L. Brownell Trustee for Commercial Savings Company of Grand
<br />Island, The Omaha National Bank, Grand island, Nebraska, and John Doe and Mary
<br />Doe, real names unknown, the ob;ect and prayer of which was to foreclose a
<br />certain mortgage of S49,900 on the following described real estate to wit:

<br />Subdivision, in the City of

<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />given by the Defendants, Kim K. Vanderloo and Pamela D. Vanderloo on October 22,
<br />1979 to Mortgage Plus, Inc., which mortgage was duly filed of record in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall Cot*nty Nebraska on October 22, 1979 as Document
<br />No. 79- OOE9S2. Said mortgage was subsequently assigned i;y Mortgage Plus, Inc.
<br />to the Plaintiff, formerly known as First Denver Mortgaa•z Company, by a written
<br />instrument filed in the -)£fire of the Register of Deeds of Hari -ounty Nebraska
<br />on November 19, 1979 as Document No. 79- 007510.
