r Ll 85-- 004102 STATE OF NEBRASKA ) AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH ss. OF JOINT TENANT COUNTY OF HALL ) LARRY D. SCHAGER, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says that he is the son of H. A. Schager, being the same as Henry A. Schager, and Eunice E. Schager, who resided at 624 West 16th Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that he is personally well acquainted with the assets owned by his father and mother; that his mother, Eunice E. Schager, died July 20, 4985, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that a copy of her Certificate of Death is attached hereto as Exhibit "A "; that his mother left no property separately owned by her and that all property subject to consideration and computation for determination of any Nebraska Inheritance "Fax and Federal Estate Tax was property owned by the decedent in joint tenancy with her husband, H. A. Schager, her surviving spouse; that the total value of all such property, as of July 20, 1985, valued at its fair market value on that date, did not equal or approach the sum of $400,000; that H. A. Schager is entitled to an exemption in computation of either Nebraska Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax of the total value of all such taxable property received by him by reason of the death of the decedent or other- wise, and that there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax nor Federal Estate Fax due or owing by H. A. Schager by reason of property passing to him upon the death of Eunice E.
