<br />MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />one or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree
<br />as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first
<br />Real Estate Mortgage dated 4-16-82 and recorded 4_19_SS
<br />as Document No. R2- 001487 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $ 17,409.94 1 which is a
<br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the
<br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon wiII be due
<br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort-
<br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />Note 118293 -0 dated April 16, 1982, on which a present balance of $15,246.03 remains unpaid
<br />plus a new balance of $16,617.94 for a total indebtedness of $31,863.97, shall be extended for
<br />seven years at 14% with payments of $597.13 due each month on the 1st of each month beginning
<br />June 1, 1985, and they final payment due May 1, 1992. . This note is heing extended and modified
<br />to a 128 variable rate rote with a maturity of 25 years, t_hi�inaturity date being September 16,
<br />2010, with 299 equal payment, of $317.52 each, with payments being due the 16th of each month,
<br />the first payment due September 16, 1985, th:• ramainlnq principal and interest o:ill be due on
<br />Sept. 16, 2010. 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original
<br />first Real Estate Mortgage dated April lam. 1982 , Shall remain the
<br />same, and the Modification and Extension Agreement is made a part of
<br />the original first Real Estate Mortgage by reference and shall inure t.o
<br />all successors and assigns and the heirs.
