Morris, Loraine M. Morris, Lavina Morris Jones, and Harry A. Jones, who conveyed to Carol Kenyon on May 4, 1972 the following described real estate to wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE 1/4 NW 1/4) the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW 1/4 NE 1/4), the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE l/4 NW 1/4), Lot One (1) Mainland, of the Northwest k�uarter (NW 1/41 and Lots Two (2) and Five (5), all in Section Eighteen (18), Township Ten (10) North of Range Ten (10) West; also that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Ten (10) North, of Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section Thirteen (13), and running then west along the section line 205 feet, thence South 50 degrees west 510 feet, thence South.32 degrees east 410 feet to a point where said line intersects the east line of said Section Thirteen (13); thence north along the east line of said Section thirteen (13) to the place of beginning, con- taining 239.53 acres, more or less. That the Affiant has personal knowledge that Wayne R. Morris and Loraine M. Morris were husband and wife and that Lavina Morris Jones and Harry A. Jones were wife and husband on the date they executed a Warranty Deed to Carol Kenyon. Said Deed r.Pro r.deri in Ronk 1.70, page 113, in the Ragistcr of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
