85-_ 004021 <br />r <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />This deed, made this let day of Aucrust , 1985 <br />between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., <br />formerly First Savings Company, Grand Island, NE, Beneficiary; and <br />Richard F. Werner and Maureen A. Werner, Husband and Wife of each <br />other and each in his and her own right, Trustor(s). <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Trust deed, which was filed on February 9, 1983 <br />recorded in the office of the clerk of the county of Hall , <br />and identifiVd as document number 83- 000638 , <br />convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Twenty -eight (28), Kentish Hills Subdivision, <br />located in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(ShNW.) of Section Twenty -five (25), township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the <br />Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said deed <br />of trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quit claim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described deed of trust, together with all appurtenances <br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />,I JOHN A.
