By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust Note dated July 6, 1984, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, The Overland National Flank of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation.
