85-- 003988 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DONALD D. MEHRING and REBECCA L. MEHRING, husband and wife, and LEE 0. PETERSEN and CAROL R. PETERSEN, husband and wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, for the benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named therein, dated July 2, 1:84, and recorded July 3, 1984, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 84- 003540, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accord- ance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises; Lot Two (2), of Park Gardens Second Sub- division, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
