MAIER, herein called the Grantee, the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The southerly Forty - Nine -and Thirty -Three <br />Hundredths Feet (49.331) of Lot Four (4), in <br />Block Seventy -Six (76), Original Town, now <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above- described, together <br />with all the.tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever_.
