The grantee hereby releases and discharges any and all liens and claims under and by virtue of the mortgage aforesaid for a deficiency judgment. The grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or as security of any kind and that possession of the premises is delivered concurrently herewith.
