<br />of the Estate of Walter J. Niemot.i;, Sr., Deceased, GRANTOR,
<br />conveys and releases to RHONDA HRUY, GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 976 -201):
<br />AN UNDIVIDED ONE- EIGHTH 11 %8) INTEREST IN EACH OF THE
<br />FOLLOW -LNG TRACTS:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE-) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, less that
<br />portion deeded to Hall County, Nebraska, containing
<br />.510 acres, said deed being_ recorded in Book 137, at
<br />Page 417, of Deeds in the Office c,f the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska: and
<br />The Southeast Quarter c the Southwest. Quarter
<br />(SEISW -.1) of Section Nine (9), Township Twelve (12) ,
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 611h P.M., in Hal _1
<br />County, Nebraska, less the east two rods of the parcel
<br />deeded originally to J. E. Bievins and Nellie Slevins,
<br />said deed being recorded in Book 88, at Page 3-7, of
<br />Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hail
<br />County, Nebraska, and less that portion deeded to Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, consisting of .S35 acres, said deed
<br />being recorded in Book 137, at Page 395, of Deeds, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />The North Ten (10) acres of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southwest. Quarter (NW SW ) of Section Nine (91,
<br />Township T-we've (12), North, Range Nine (9), Vilest of
<br />the 5th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to .easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the person entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR coven-
<br />ants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has the legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey and release the same.
