SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />r s5-- 003794 <br />Robert W. Giesenhagen and Helen L. Giesenhagen, husband <br />and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of <br />Twenty -nine Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($29,000.00) received <br />from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto Fred Mehring and Helen Mehring, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants <br />in common, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />An undivided one -half (�) interest in and to Lot <br />Eight (8) and south half (S3,I) of Lot (7), Mehring <br />and Giesenhagen Second Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, comprising 150 foot frontage <br />on Holland Drive and having a depth of 200 feet. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assignes, <br />or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that <br />Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are <br />free from encumbrance, except real estate taxes, building <br />repair costs, and outstanding lease to tenant now in possession.; <br />that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey <br />the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the <br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the <br />event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee <br />simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving <br />Grantee. <br />Dated this 26th day of•July , 19$5., -' <br />.- <br />Robert W.
