SCHUETT, Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to <br />BERTHA E. SCHUETT to have and to hold during her natural life, <br />and the remainder thereafter to LOREN D. SCHUETT, ROB-_RT R. <br />SCHUETT and DONNA L. GARDIENT WILLIAMS as tenants in common, <br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201) located in Hail County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Decedent's undivided one -half (1/2) interest <br />in the South Half (S�) of Section Twenty - <br />Three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />subject to a right of first refusal granted to Loren D. Schuett <br />pursuant to Article V, Paragraph B, of the Last Will and <br />Testament of Hans H.
