<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MARVIN D. STRAMPHER and
<br />DEBORAH K. STRAMPHER, husband and wife, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey, and confirm to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY,
<br />formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, the following -
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Ross First Subdivision,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead,
<br />claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part
<br />thereof, in consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction
<br />of the Mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, filed May 13, 1980 as Document No. 80- 002131,
<br />assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund on May 13, 1980, re-
<br />corded as Document No. 80- 002132, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold
<br />said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate considera-
<br />tion, such consideration being full satisfaction of all obligations
<br />secured by the Mortgage of Grantors recorded as Document No. 80- 002131
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, to-
<br />gether with the cancellation of the Promissory Note given by Grantors
<br />on even date with the above Mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than
<br />this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real
<br />estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, and
<br />its successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors, for themselves,
<br />their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the Grantee and with
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully
<br />seized of said premises; that.the Grantors have good and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors warrant and
<br />will defend the title to said premises unto the said Nebraska Invest-
<br />ment Finance Authority, formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
<br />Fund, and its successors and assigns, against the lawful c im,# of
