<br />(Pursuant to Power of Sale in Will)
<br />NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AND ROBERT E.
<br />CARLSON, Personal Co-Representatives of the Estate of Mildred R.
<br />Yost, Deceased, pursuant to authority given by the Will of the
<br />Deceased, and MYRL E. YOST, husband of the Deceased, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
<br />($32,500.00) received from GRANTEES, LEO G. JACOBSEN AND LEONA M.
<br />JACOBSEN, husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants
<br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />A tract of land situated in the Northeast Quarter (NE;) of
<br />Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point 85 feet west of
<br />a point 60 feet north of the northeast corner of Lot One (1)
<br />of William Frank Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, thence running north 118 feet west of center line
<br />of South Locust Street of said City for distance of 100
<br />feet, running due west at right angles with said South
<br />Locust Street for a distance of 63 feet, thence running due
<br />south parallel with said South Locust Street for a distance
<br />of 100 feet, thence running due east a distance of 63 feet
<br />to the place of beginning,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same.
