• � r <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed <br />executed by MICHALYNN WAGNER, a single person, to ANDY BAACK, <br />a /k /a AREND R. BAACK, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, for the benefit <br />Of THE 017ERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary <br />named therein, dated October 22, 1984, and recorded November 5, <br />1954, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Sall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 84- 005870, has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Recon- <br />veyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOS, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as <br />to such premises; <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2) , in Bartling' s <br />Subdivision located on part of Lot Fifteen <br />(15) of the County Subdivision of the South <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (ShSE#) of <br />Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) and on part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NNEgNEk) of Section Twenty -One (21) in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 18th day of July, 1985. <br />Andy Baack a k/a Arend R.
